URGENT: DOH reports Lycoming County adds 2 new COVID-19 cases, remains at 7 deaths

Earlier today, the Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., May 17, there are 623 new Positives Bringing the state total to 62,234 with 4,418 total deaths.

Local counties as noted below that have at least one positive COVID-19 case confirmed and updated cases provided.

Columbia County – 336, 33 total deaths

Lycoming County – 147 (added 2 cases Saturday), 7 deaths (actually 12 confirmed)

Northumberland County – 141 (added 2 cases Saturday)

Montour County – 50, 1 death

Union County – 47 (added 1 case Saturday), 1 death

Clinton County – 44 (added 1 case Saturday)

Bradford County – 41, 2 deaths

Tioga County – 16, 1 death

Potter County – 4

Sullivan County – 2

Combined, there are now 828 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 45 deaths in the region.

The Department of Health also reported a total of 270,670 negatives.
