BREAKING NEWS: Millionaires continue broadcasts with Talk Williamsport and its online platforms

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Talk WilliamsportRadio Williamsport is proud to announce that Williamsport Millionaire Athletics will continue to be broadcast on its radio stations, partner stations and online platforms.

Talk WilliamsportRadio Williamsport and its partner stations became the full-time broadcast home of Williamsport Millionaire Athletics in the fall of 2014 after covering select games as “visiting” radio since 2007 in football and basketball.

Select Williamsport Millionaire Baseball and Softball games have been broadcast exclusively by Talk WilliamsportRadio Williamsport and its partner stations since 2007.

Coverage again picks up this fall with football followed by girls and boys basketball in the winter.

In 2014, Talk WilliamsportRadio Williamsport Owner and General Manager Todd Bartley offered the following; “This is a historic day in the history of our company. To add these two storied programs (football and boys basketball) to our play-by-play family is huge.”

He recently added, “In 2016 with all of our platforms (radio, online audio, online video) the Millionaires and their fans will be able to continue to enjoy award winning play-by-play coverage.”

The agreement expands on an existing relationship that includes girl’s basketball, baseball and softball.

Select games will air on Talk WilliamsportRadio 1050 AM, 92.7 and 104.1 FM, and in Jersey Shore on 1600 AM. Additionally, WXPI-FM 88.5 will serve as the primary radio broadcast home of the Millionaires.

The broadcast team of Ian Catherine (play-by-play) and Ron Sahm (analyst) will continue in their broadcast roles.
