On Friday afternoon Governor Wolf hosted a conference call with reporters including News Talk 104.1 Radio PA, PCN, C-SPAN, CNN and many others.
Early in the call Todd Bartley, General Manager of News Talk 104.1 thanked Governor Wolf for his kind words toward the Class of 2020 in his remarks last night.
Then, Bartley posed the following question,
Are you seeing health systems or private providers furloughing health care workers and doctors?
If so, was that the impetus behind the HELP fund announced earlier today?
