Friday morning the Lycoming County Commissioners joined by a number of other elected officials held a press conference on the day the region moved from Red to Yellow status under the Order of Governor Wolf.
Wolf along with Secretary of Health, Dr. Rachel Levine will hold their own press conference at 2 p.m. this afternoon.
