DePasquale will talk about his recently announced audit of Governor Wolf’s business closure waiver process.
As you may know, Attorney Scaringi has claimed in court that waiver process is arbitrary and capricious and thus violated the constitutional rights of the applicants who were denied.
Scaringi has asked the United States Supreme to review those claims.
