Due to the current COVID-19 crisis and its associated risks, The Lycoming County Prison Board will be conducting the regularly scheduled monthly Prison Board meeting in a Virtual format through the current Live Streaming capability that we currently offer.
The meeting is scheduled for April 9, 2020 at 8:30 am in the Lycoming County Executive Plaza, Board Room.
Members of the public are highly encouraged to NOT ATTEND this meeting in person as to limit the size of the meetings ten or less to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
Employees and Residents may utilize www.Lyco.org to access: the “Weekly Commissioner’s Meeting” that is live-streamed on YouTube, Meeting Agendas, and to provide Public Comment and ask Questions.
Additionally, members of the public may sign in to the YouTube video to provide public comment on agenda items only at the beginning and general public comments at the end of the meeting.
While this may not be the optimal solution for all residents, this action is in the interest of the safety our residents and employees alike. We will continue to expand and improve our capabilities to receive public comment and interact with our staff and residents in this temporarily required virtual environment.
