Montour County – 4 (added a case on Friday)
Neighboring counties of Clinton, Sullivan and Tioga County have remained confirmed case free to this point.
These 3 counties are part of the 17 remaining in Pennsylvania that have yet to have a positive COVID-19 case confirmed at this writing.
