UPDATE: LCC will hold work session Tuesday, public meeting Thursday canceled

The Commissioner’s will be conducting their Work Session on Tuesday April 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

They plan to vote on all items Tuesday, which means they will not be holding the Public meeting on
Thursday April 16, 2020.

Members of the public are highly encouraged NOT TO ATTEND these meetings in person as to limit the
size of the meetings to less than ten people as per Federal and State guidance to help slow the spread of
the COVID-19 virus. County Staff that are working remotely will join by conference call to brief their
respective action items and or participate.

County Staff and Members of the public may utilize www.Lyco.org to access: the “Commissioner’s
Meeting” that is live-streamed on YouTube, Meeting Agendas, and to provide Public Comment and ask
Questions. Additionally, Members of the public may sign in to the YouTube video to provide public
comment on agenda items only at the beginning and general public comments at the end of the meeting.

An audio only broadcast of the work session will be available on talkwilliamsport.com.

While this may not be the optimal solution, this necessary action is in the interest of the safety our
residents and employees alike.

We will continue to expand and improve our capabilities to receive public comment and interact with our staff and Members of the public in this temporarily required virtual environment.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate this COVID-19 crisis together. The prudently responsible actions that we take and the positive attitude with which we face these challenging times ahead will define our success.
