URGENT: Almost 8,000 Negatives in 10-County region

Earlier today, the Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., May 5, there are 865 new Positives Bringing the state total to 50,957 with 3,012 total deaths.

Local counties as noted below that have at least one positive COVID-19 case confirmed and updated cases provided.

Columbia County – 298 (added 2 cases Monday), 16 total deaths

Northumberland County – 107 (added 7 cases Monday)

Montour County – 50

Lycoming County – 86 (added 1 death Monday), 4 deaths

Union County – 38

Bradford County – 35, 2 deaths

Clinton County – 33

Tioga County – 16, 1 death

Potter County – 4

Sullivan County – 1

Combined, there are now 668 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 24 deaths in the region.

The Department of Health also reported a total of 199,925 negatives.

Combined, there are now 668 positive COVID-19 cases, 7,877 negative test results and 24 deaths in the 10-county region.
