Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., May 1, there are 1,208 new Positives Bringing the state total to 46,971 with 2,354 total deaths.
UPDATE: 12:10 P.M.
Coroner Kiessling has confirmed the first death in Lycoming County attributed to COVID-19. There are further details developing. Kiessling is currently on a conference call with the Department of Health.

Northumberland County – 95 (added 2 cases Thursday)

Lycoming County – 71 (added 3 cases Thursday), 1 death added Thursday
Union County – 37 (added 2 cases Thursday)
Bradford County – 33 (added 2 cases Thursday), 2 deaths
Clinton County – 32 (added 1 case Thursday)
Tioga County – 16, 1 death
Potter County – 4
Sullivan County – 1
Combined, there are now 626 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 17 deaths in the region.
The Department of Health also reported a total of 180,477 negatives.
