URGENT: Lycoming County adds 10 cases now 109 total, 4 deaths

Earlier today, the Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., May 8, there are 1,315 new Positives Bringing the state total to 54,238 with 3,616 total deaths.

Local counties as noted below that have at least one positive COVID-19 case confirmed and updated cases provided.

Columbia County – 316 (added 10 cases Thursday), 20 total deaths

Northumberland County – 118 (added 6 cases Thursday)

Montour County – 50

Lycoming County – 109 (added 10 cases Thursday), 4 deaths

Union County – 40

Bradford County – 36 (added 1 case Thursday), 2 deaths

Clinton County – 37 (added 2 cases Thursday)

Tioga County – 16, 1 death

Potter County – 4

Sullivan County – 1

Combined, there are now 719 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 28 deaths in the region.

The Department of Health also reported a total of 216,231 negatives.
