URGENT: Lycoming County adds 18 cases now 127 total, 4 deaths

Earlier today, the Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., May 8, there are 1,078 new Positives Bringing the state total to 55,316 with 3,688 total deaths.

Local counties as noted below that have at least one positive COVID-19 case confirmed and updated cases provided.

Columbia County – 335 (added 19 cases Friday), added 8 deaths Friday, 28 total deaths

Northumberland County – 119 (added 1 case Friday)

Montour County – 50 (reduced 1 case Friday)

Lycoming County – 127 (added 18 cases Friday), 4 deaths

Union County – 40

Bradford County – 38 (added 2 cases Friday), 2 deaths

Clinton County – 41 (added 4 cases Friday)

Tioga County – 16, 1 death

Potter County – 4

Sullivan County – 1

Combined, there are now 758 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 36 deaths in the region.

The Department of Health also reported a total of 221,791 negatives.
