Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., April 9, that there are 1,989 new Positives bringing the statewide total to 18,228 with 338 deaths.
Local counties as noted below that have at least one positive COVID-19 case confirmed and updated cases provided.
Columbia County – 65 (added 11 cases Wednesday), second reported death
Montour County – 25 (revised down 1 case Wednesday)
Northumberland County – 24 (added 2 cases Wednesday)
Lycoming County – 17 (added 2 cases Wednesday)
Bradford County – 15
Union County – 14 (added 3 cases Wednesday)
Tioga County – 10
Clinton County – 4 (added 1 case Wednesday)
Potter County – 3
Sullivan County – 1
Combined, there are now 152 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the region.
