On Sunday morning in Utica, New York on the campus of SUNY-IT, the Penn College baseball team defeated Penn State Berks 9-5 to claim the 2015 NEAC Baseball Championship.
Cole Weachock was named tournament MVP going 6 for 12 with 3 doubles, 2 triples, 2 walks, 2 runs scored, 4 RBI and did not strikeout in the tournament.
It is the first NEAC title in Penn College history in its first year in the conference.
