11 Penn College athletes honored
Through the fall and early winter sports seasons, 11 Pennsylvania College of Technology participants were honored by the college as Athletes of the Week. They are:
Sept.
13, Lauren Herr, of Manheim, women’s soccer; Luke McFalls, of New Oxford, men’s soccer; 21 — Hailee Hartman, of Lampeter, women’s soccer; Josh Velez, of Lewistown, men’s cross-country.
Oct.
4 — Sophie Coldsmith, of Gettysburg, women’s volleyball; Ned Baumbach, of Elizabethtown, men’s golf; 25 — Coldsmith; Tyler Marks, of Forked River, New Jersey, men’s golf; 31 — Hartman; Velez.
Nov.
21 — Maddie Wenk, of Biglerville, women’s basketball; Ben Sosa, of Loyalsock Township, men’s basketball.
Dec.
6 — Alicia Ross, of Williamsport, women’s basketball; Jesse White, of Harrisburg, men’s basketball.
Action resumes on Jan. 5 for the men in non-conference play at Alvernia University and on Jan. 7 in NEAC action at Gallaudet University for the women. Wrestlers return to action Jan. 7 at the Waynesburg University tournament.
