Todd Bartley: There is going to be baseball come this spring. I’m a big District 4 Baseball guy. We got to have the Backyard Brawl in May!
Mayor Campana: [Cutting in] We Will
Todd Bartley: Mr. Mayor, you promise?
Mayor Campana: I promise. I promise the field will be taken care of. We have the twenty-thousand dollars. Typically the city of Williamsport, we put in seven thousand five hundred (dollars) to prep the field as well. Regardless of this situation. You have my word of honor and actually I’ll see you at one of the first games.
Today it was announced that the Backyard Brawl baseball tournament featuring Loyalsock, Montoursville, South Williamsport and hosted by Williamsport will be moved to Logue Field and not be played at Bowman Field.
