About Rob Noerr
Rob Noerr is a 35 year old life long resident of rural Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where his interest in politics took off as he became a very successful policy debater, becoming part of the first team from that university to ever qualify for the National Debate Tournament. He went on to receive a graduate degree in Speech Communication from Tiffin University.
Throughout his time in university, Rob realized that the people he respected the most, normal every day working Americans, did not seem to have an adequate voice in the realm of academia and politics. This inspired him to run for congress to be a voice for the people of rural Pennsylvania, and he ran in the District 12 special election in 2019. He has an online show called Normal America, where he seeks to discuss politics and be a voice for the working class Americans he grew up with and respects most and defend the principles of personal liberty and responsibility outlined in the Constitution.
Rob currently lives in Clarion County with his wife Courtney.
