URGENT: DOH reports Lycoming County adds 5 new COVID-19 cases, remains at 7 deaths

Earlier today, the Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., May 16, there are 989 new Positives Bringing the state total to 61,611 with 4,403 total deaths.

Local counties as noted below that have at least one positive COVID-19 case confirmed and updated cases provided.

Columbia County – 336 (added 1 case Friday), 33 total deaths

Northumberland County – 139 (added 3 cases Friday)

Montour County – 50, 1 death

Lycoming County – 145, (added 5 cases Friday) 7 deaths (actually 12 confirmed)

Union County – 46 (added 2 cases Friday), 1 death

Clinton County – 43

Bradford County – 41, 2 deaths

Tioga County – 16, 1 death

Potter County – 4

Sullivan County – 2

Combined, there are now 822 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 45 deaths in the region.

The Department of Health also reported a total of 266,255 negatives.
