At a noon press conference today, Lycoming County Sheriff Mark Lusk made the following announcement.
“Effective immediately, Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, The Lycoming County Sheriff’s Office has temporarily suspended issuing non-residents a License To Carry Firearms until further notice. Should you have any questions, please contact The Lycoming County Sheriff’s office directly at 570-327-2280.”
