On Thursday morning Williamsport Mayor Derek Slaughter announced the addition of two members to the Mayor’s COVID-19 Advisory Board.
Ron Frick, President of Lycoming County United Way and Tim Bowers, superintendent of the Williamsport Area School District, have been added.
A message seeking comment from Mayor Slaughter of the omission of the only local media member in regular contact and conversation with Governor Wolf and Secretary Levine; expressing a desire to serve on the Mayor’s COVID-19 Advisory Board has to date gone unanswered.

Earlier in the day, Slaughter announced the Advisory Board Formation.
