EXCLUSIVE: US Supreme Court petition filed in Gov. Wolf Business Closure Case

On Monday afternoon, News Talk 104.1 confirmed the filing of a petition with the US Supreme Court in order to review the business closure Order of Governor Tom Wolf by Marc Scaringi principle attorney at Scaringi Law.

According to the Stay Enforcement Application:

Pursuant to Rules 22 and 23 of the United States Supreme Court, Petitioners respectfully request a stay of the enforcement of Governor Wolf’s Executive Order dated March 19, 2020 pending the filing and disposition by this Honorable Court of Petitioners’ Petition for Writ of Certiorari that is filed simultaneously herewith.
