Mexico scored eight runs in the fourth inning. The big inning for Mexico came thanks to a double by Rosendo Cantu, a double by Francisco Elizondo, and a single by Diego Diaz.
Cesar Monjaraz earned the win for Mexico. He threw two and a third innings, giving up zero runs, zero hits, and striking out three. Matthew Matthijs took the loss for Southeast. He tossed one and one-third innings, surrendering three runs, zero hits, and striking out four.
Isaac Miranda started the game for Mexico. He threw two and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs, three hits, striking out five, and walking zero.
Home runs for Southeast came when Ashton Byars homered in the second inning and Carson Hardee homered in the fourth inning.
Carson, Bryce, and Luke each drove in two runs to lead Southeast. Southeast didn’t commit a single error in the field. Thomas Barrett had five chances in the field, the most on the team.
Mexico collected ten hits. Cesar and Francisco each collected multiple hits for Mexico.
