The Mountaineer men are locked into a three-team battle with Lock Haven and Shippensburg for one of the final two playoff spots in the PSAC East. Lock Haven, with nine conference wins, holds a one game lead over Mansfield and Shippensburg with eight wins each. All three teams have two games remaining in the regular season with Mansfield hosting PSAC East-leading East Stroudsburg before traveling to third-place West Chester on Wednesday.
Mansfield holds a tiebreaker over Lock Haven after beating them in both meetings this season but split with Shippensburg.
