Dr. Cooper joined Chase Evans virtually for a story yesterday on WKBN-TV in Youngstown discussing how the coronavirus shutdown impacts local leagues.
Todd Bartley, General Manager of News Talk 104.1 has long standing ties to the Mahoning Valley in Ohio serving as the play-by-play voice of the Salem Quakers who at the time were coached by Doug Phillips, who is the now the head football coach at Youngstown State.
