URGENT: Lycoming County adds 1 case Saturday, now 37 total

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed as of 12:00 a.m., April 17, that there are 1,215 Positives bringing the statewide total to 32,284 with 276 news deaths and 1,112 total deaths.

Local counties as noted below that have at least one positive COVID-19 case confirmed and updated cases provided.

Columbia County – 202 (added 18 cases Saturday plus 2 deaths), 6 deaths

Northumberland County – 67

Montour County – 49 (reduced 1 case Saturday)

Lycoming County – 37 (added 1 case Saturday)

Union County – 27

Bradford County – 25 (added 1 case Saturday)

Tioga County – 14 (Saturday added 2 deaths), 3 deaths

Clinton County – 11

Potter County – 4

Sullivan County – 1

Combined, there are now 437 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 9 deaths in the region.

 

The Department of Health also reported a total of 126,570 negatives.
